Purpose
The BOMA-Rochester Legislative Committee actively supports issues critical to our membership by providing informative relevant legislative literature, programs and processes beneficial to New York building owners and managers.
The BOMA-Rochester Legislative Committee has printed thousands of postcards addressed to Governor Pataki which request his support for Labor Law 240 ("Scaffold Law") reform/repeal.
These postcards will be distributed at upcoming BOMA meetings for signatures by BOMA members, co-workers, friends, family, neighbors, New York taxpayers in general.
The goal of the Legislative Committee is to have thousands of postcards (and other related correspondence) sent to Albany to support reform/repeal of this critical issue.
