The primary purpose of the Vendor Fair is to showcase goods and services that support the local real estate
market, both commercial and residential.
The Vendor Fair is a joint venture put on every year by the Greater Rochester Builders and Owners Association
(BOMA) and the local International Real Estate Management organization (IREM). Over the last ten years,
this event has evolved into one of the most well attended events for both organizations.
The Vendor Fair committee is comprised of volunteers from both BOMA and IREM, who work diligently to add
depth and interest to this event each year.
The attendees have the opportunity to visit the vendor booths for information on state-of- the art products and
services, and network with their peers. Vendors have the opportunity to make new customer contacts and
meet with existing customers. Money is also raised for a local charity. The Vendor Fair encompasses all the
elements that make a great event - networking, information, fun, good food and fundraising.
Vendor Fair
BOMA Rochester teams with up with local chapter of IREM to present the Annual Vendor Fair each March. Over
45 exhibitors present their products and services at this half day event held at the Holiday Inn-Holidome in
Henrietta from 11:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
In an effort to make it very beneficial to both Vendors and Building professionals, the Fair features an extensive
array of hot and cold hors d oeuvres throughout the day. This provides the companies the opportunity to send
their maintenance personnel to the show during the lunch hour.
At a cost of just $10.00 per person to attend the Vendor Fair is great bargain for non-BOMA attendees.
Membership in BOMA includes admission to the Vendor Fair. ALL ADVANCE REGISTRATION FEES ARE
DONATED TO A BOMA/IREM CHARITY EACH YEAR!
A variety of educational seminars for both residential and commercial building professionals are held in the morning.
The cost for the seminar includes admission to the show.
The exhibitors take full advantage of the opportunities to market their products and services and the door prize
drawings are always a hit. An Exhibitor Registration Form is available if interested in participating. Please fill out
a Vendor Contract Agreement to let us know you will be participating.
General registration forms are mailed in January, and will also be available on this website. Those who register
early are eligible for a special drawing.
The Fair is attended by over 200 people so the opportunity to network with the professionals in our industry and those in Residential Management is one I always want to take advantage of.
I attend the Vendor Fair each March as I find it a wonderful opportunity as it has in one place, the latest products and services offered by Vendor Members. Our company realizes the importance of the Vendor Fair as it also sends our grounds and maintains personnel so they can also meet with personally with our suppliers.
